The Delta Bay Foundation, organizer of Camp Tiny House, invites companies, programs, agencies, and individuals involved with tiny living, van life, California housing issues, and related industries to participate in the two-day event celebrating tiny living.  There are three tiers of participation: For-profit corporations (two options); Not-for-profit entities; or individuals.

Approved applications entitle you to park at Park Delta Bay from 5:00 p.m. on Friday, , to 5:00 p.m. on Sunday.

Vendors wishing to stay overnight on site will be given accommodations on a first-come, first-serve basis either free or at a reduced cost.  Vendors in need of electric or water hook-up must assume responsibility for the use thereof.  These are available on a limited basis. 

A limited number of tiny house, van or bus parking spots are available. Vendors at Camp Tiny House must carry their own liability insurance.  Neither the Delta Bay Foundation nor Park Delta Bay assumes liability for any loss, whether by accident or theft, to any item or property belonging to any vendor. 

Vendors must bring their own tables, chairs, display signs, tents if desired, and all materials.  Vendors are responsible for set-up and break-down.  Assistance will be available for hook-ups and direction as to your reserved spot and the agenda of the two-day event. 

Participating vendors, agencies, or individuals will be announced here and on the Delta Bay Foundation websites and Facebook pages. Links to your website will appear at camptinyhouse.com.  Promotional materials will be circulated by volunteers as available during the event. 

All participants will be provided with a copy of the park rules and will be expected to abide by the rules at all times.  Park Delta Bay is private property and reserves the right to refuse service to anyone or ask any participant to leave. 

Delta Bay Foundation is a California NFP with 501(c)(3) federal income tax status.

Fee for vending: 

For-profit business – $250.00 with presentation; $500.00 with booth / table only; fee waivers available on a case by case basis at sole discretion of the organizer

Not-for-profit: Free in exchange for presentation to attendees

Van-life / Tiny house / Skoolie parking: Free in exchange for tours / presentation to attendees
